This painting is in our kitchen above the kitchen table. After I took this painting home I thought that maybe the upper left area was damaged or something. But then I realized the painter designed it that way. Very strange.
While the painting itself is a little on the crazy side, the whole thing together actually works well when affixed to a wall. I often wondered what was in this terrific concoction that inspired the painter to make it the centerpiece of his work. And who is the woman in the background? I've spent years without closure on this piece of work, and now I must sell it. Cruel, cruel world.
