I really like this painting. It is dark and a bit foreign, depicting a city street in a foreign country in some other decade perhaps. The street has been painted an unusual blue and the whole picture is a bit dark and shady. I took a really bad picture of it, lots of reflection, but I'm too lazy to redo it.
If this street is truly in Europe, and if I were standing in Washington State - which I am, then to make this picture more accurate, I should probably tilt it about 45 degrees to the right because right now everything in Europe is 3/4 of the way around the world and therefore tilted to compensate for the earth's curvature. Something to think about....
