This item is meant to be affixed to your wall, providing you a place to hang any sort of garment you choose to place on it. I never did get this in place, so it is essentially brand new and includes the screws needed to mount it to your wall.

I had big dreams for this item. It has four hooks, so I was going to hang my coat on the first one after a rainy day, a small jacket on the second one for a windy day. My ski coat was going to hang on the third one after a day of skiing. And I needed a place to hang my uni-tard after practice on Wednesday nights.
