*SOLD* Tall 5-shelf Espresso Bookcase........$70

This bookshelf is rather large and can store plenty of books. We bought it at Target. Here is the link:

http://www.target.com/Carson-5-Shelf-Bookcase-Espresso/dp/B001NQ4LIM/ref=sc_pd_gwvub_2_title

Bookshelves are one of the most under appreciated yet most versatile items in the home. Over the years, many usual items have been placed on bookshelves.

Here are five now-extinct uses for a bookshelf:
  1. To store your encyclopedia set
  2. A final home for your VHS movies you taped from TV
  3. A place to display your model airplanes
  4. A row of books bookended with horse heads
  5. Home for your rolodex of cooking recipes.

*SOLD* Deluxe Ergonomic Office Chair.........$100.00

This office chair had a value of $1200.00 dollars when I first obtained it. No kidding. Fortunately I didn't pay that much. It is still in very good condition and is difficult to part with.

If you sit in this chair, you will agree with me that it is absolutely the most comfortable computer chair you have ever sat in. The padding is memory foam, it has all sorts of adjustable settings. It even has a little air pump behind the back which inflates the lumbar area of the back of the chair with air.

It is rumored that this mild-mannered chair leaves the office at night to rid the world of crime. It is simply that cool of a chair.

*SOLD* Dining Table and Chairs....$100.00

This small table is nice because two sides fold down, allowing you to push it up against the wall. Since most of the time there is only two of us using it, this has become very handy. It is in good condition.

I never did assemble the fourth chair, but we have all the pieces for it.

*SOLD* Women's Roller-blades-K2 Alexis 8/8.5.....$50.00

We upgraded to new roller-blades recently - these are less than 2 years old and hard to part with!

Women's Roller-blades-K2 Alexis 8/8.5

These roller-blades are a lot of fun. Well, not that I wear them, since they are women's but they LOOK fun.

Technically I should not be calling these things rollerblades, but "inline skates". Rollerblades have joined brand names like Kleenex, Xerox, and Band-Aid at walking that slippery slope towards trademark genericization.

One example of a product whose product name got assimilated into a generic description is the Yo-Yo. This was actually a specific trademark product name for a pocket disk toy. But it's much cooler for kids to say, "Hey check out my Yo-Yo", instead of "Hey check out my pocket disk toy". Well actually if a kid today said either one of those things he would get beat up.

*SOLD* Crystal Bowl.....$10.00

This decorative bowl looks really fancy and nice.

*SOLD* Vacuum Cleaner......$25.00

We did a lot of research on this vacuum cleaner before we bought it. It was rated the best vacuum cleaner on Consumer Reports when we made the purchase.

We have been very happy with it. It performs really well, is light, and doesn't give us any problems. The only issue is that we had to duct tape one area, which caused it's appearance to be a little compromised. But it works great.

This mirror sits by our front door. It has a classy designer frame to it, and makes our entryway look a bit larger than it is. It might even tell you that you are fairest of them all.

*SOLD* Stovetop Espresso Maker.......$15.00

This sturdy little coffee maker is ideal for camping, but also to make a single cup of coffee at home. We just bought this and used it just a couple of times.

What you do is fill up the bottom portion with water, put coffee grounds in the right area, make sure everything is together and stick the whole thing over a burner or flame. The water moves up through the grounds and ends up in the pourable top portion. Quite a clever invention.

This is great for the LL Bean-type camping guy who likes to be pampered out in the wild. Probably more LL Bean than LL Cool J.
